The course is delivered over an 18-month period in Years 11 and 12.

Year 10 pass in English
Average effort mark of a B across subjects
A business idea they want to pursue
The ability to obtain work experience in a relevant industry
A computer or laptop to access the online learning platform
An interest in business and entrepreneurship
Suitable levels of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)
Permission from parent/guardian if under 18 years of age
Get Set Education conducts an Initial Skills Assessment via an online LLN assessment. Each school also conducts a suitability check to assist in preparing individual learning plans where skills weaknesses are identified.
UNITS OF COMPETENCY
The BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business requires the completion of 10 units of competency.
